What does it cost?

What deals do you take?
Single-family and small multifamily properties under contract at a price a cash investor can make work. Land, creative-finance and novation deals are case by case, so ask.
Which states?
We work with cash buyers nationwide. Submit the deal and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
Do I have to give you the deal exclusively?
